Harris Computer Systems is seeking a Finance Assistant to work closely with both finance and the operational team, in providing financial support for the division.
As a Finance Assistant, you will be working with the Bizmatics and Benchmark team. We are looking for someone that is resourceful, inquisitive, self-motivated, possess proven interpersonal skills and capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods.
What your impact will be :
- Proactively communicating to the Business Units on problem accounts
- Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues
- Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
- Preparing information required for the month-end
- Reconciling other accounts as needed / required
