The Position : Our Downtown Edmonton Client is seeking a passionate and organized Manager of Applications to join their team on a 3 month contract. This role is crucial to their group as it involves managing a web development team to ensure progress on ongoing initiatives, and facilitate improvements in application development and service delivery.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and mentor a diverse development team
• Assess and suggest improvements to development processes and code quality standards
• Create and maintain effective work schedules to ensure proper coverage and productivity across development team
• Address performance challenges in a timely and supportive manner
