Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario preferred. Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in engineering or environmental consulting, with proven leadership experience. Strong understanding of project delivery in the consulting environment and a focus on client service excellence. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and nurture a high-performance culture. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

With a long-standing reputation for technical excellence, client service, and community impact, the firm delivers multidisciplinary solutions across municipal infrastructure, transportation, land development, water resources, and environmental services.
The Owen Sound branch has developed a strong local presence and a supportive, collaborative team culture - one that the successful candidate will continue to foster through thoughtful leadership and operational guidance.
About the Role :
This is an opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a key leadership position, guiding a local team, managing high-impact projects, and strengthening the firm’s regional presence. You’ll provide operational oversight, mentor a talented group of engineers and scientists, and help shape the strategic direction of the Owen Sound office.
