We are seeking a Registered Social Worker to join the East Kootenay Primary Care Network team in Creston, B.C. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 08 : 30 to 16 : 30, with weekends and Stat holidays off. The role involves in-person service at multiple locations, including a First Nation's community health centre.
