The Project Manager will provide overall project management on multidisciplinary commercial construction projects.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate project design, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with the project team to discuss progress, risks, and solutions to meet scheduled dates.
- Provide strong leadership to team members to ensure project targets are achieved.
- Maintain, track, and report all financial aspects of the project, including forecasts and billings.
- Lead and implement the procurement process for subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
- Reinforce company culture.
