Job Description :
AVANTIER A Premium Custom Optic Manufacturer, is seeking a fast learner and highly motivated Sales Representative to join their expanding sales team.
This role involves managing the entire sales process, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing team, and the CEO.
Responsibilities :
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities include :
- Managing the Full sales cycle process to drive incremental revenue.
- Proactively conducting outbound sourcing, establishing new partnerships, and constructing a resilient sales pipeline to drive sustained growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understanding clients' needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive selling.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
- Consistently meet all monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Skills / Qualifications :
The ideal Sales Representative will have :
Education : Bachelor's degree required, additional certificates are a bonus
Pay : 65,000 80,000 base salary + Bonus & Commission
