Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to begin their sales career with us!

Responsibilities

  • Support inside sales representatives and management in customer service and sales
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Establishing new sales opportunities in an exciting environment with both inside and outside sales responsibilities.
  • Entry-level sales responsibilities with the goal of promotion to full-time sales in 9-12 months
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problem
Qualifications
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • History of persistence or commitment made to school, work or community
  • Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities
  • Willingness to continually learn about bisco industries, our customers and industry experience, preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must possess an active, unrestricted and valid driver’s license Why Join Bisco

Présentement, nous avons 52 établissements situés aux États-Unis et au Canada, et nous recherchons des personnes motivées pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance !!RESPONSABILITÉS :· Assurer un excellent service aux clients par téléphone, e-mail et visites avec eux· Maintenir des registres précis et un environnement de travail organisé· Soutenir à une équipe de représentants avec ses efforts de ventes sédentaires et à l'extérieur· Coordonner avec les représentants et répondre rapidement aux besoins, demandes et problèmes avec leurs clients· Travailler avec des représentants commerciaux permanents pour apprendre à obtenir de nouvelles affaires et à établir des relations de travail professionnelles· Représentant débutant qui poursuit l’objectif de passer à 100 % des ventes dans 9 à 12 mois, potentiellement plus tôtQUALIFICATIONS :· Une expérience préalable en service client est requise· Bilingue en français et en anglais. ****· Une expérience préalable en vente sédentaire est un avantage· Compétences fortes en communication, écrite et verbale· Envie d’apprendre continuellement les affaires de bisco industries, nos clients et l’industrie dans laquelle nous dirigeons· Preuve des performances réussies et élevées au travail, à l’école ou dans d’autres activités· Historique de persévérance ou d’engagement à l’école, au travail ou dans la communauté· Vous devez être citoyen canadien ou résident permanent avec un permis de conduire valideNOUS VOUS OFFRONS :· Taux Horaire compétitif + programme de bonus mensuel· Augmentations Taux Horaire annuelles au mérite et évaluations de performance· Programme de formation vigoureux qui vous prépare à notre modèle de vente hybride sédentaire/extérieur.· Congés payés compétitives (vacances/maladie)· Jours fériés payés, une demi-journée chaque année sur votre anniversaire· Assurance médicale, dentaire et visuelle complète· Avantages au bien-être· L'entreprise a fourni une assurance vie et une assurance invalidité de longue durée· REER avec contrepartie d'entreprise· Programme de remboursement des frais de scolarité
