INSPECTOR LEVEL A1P (nuclear industry) (hourly rate of pay $43.31)
We have opportunities for you to join our production team as an Inspector Level A1P (nuclear industry) at our facility in Cambridge, Ontario. Each member of our team plays a critical role in BWXT Canada’s success and in ensuring we meet our customers’ quality, cost and delivery expectations. Primary Function :
To perform all tasks of a NDE Inspector A1P and to conduct non-destructive examinations.
Tasks :
- Perform NDE based on certifications in all areas of the Shop.
- Read and interpret documentation, including drawings and operating procedures.
- Create inspection reports, maintain and file documentation.
- Demonstrate good workmanship and practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members (i.e. peers, production leadership, Project Management, Engineering) as well as customer representatives.
- Work in a safe manner, complying with all health, safety and environmental guidelines / regulations.
- Understand and adhere to quality requirements and productivity expectations.
Qualifications :
CEDO
Days : 6 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm. (Mon – Thurs)
Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun – 33 hrs paid 40 hrs)
Days : 6 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
