Job description

Job Title: Lead Logistics, Documentation and Customer Service
Location: Montreal-Est
Industry: Transportation and Warehousing

Reporting to the Transport and Logistics General Manager, the Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator acts as a true pivot between customers, operations, and the team. You will ensure the daily coordination of activities related to customer service, logistics, and documentation, while ensuring the quality, fluidity, and accuracy of internal processes.

Responsibilities
- Guarantee high-level customer service: file follow-ups, email management, rapid problem resolution, and clear communication with customers.
- Coordinate the track & trace of deliveries and ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with commitments.
- Billing and the approval of truck driver payroll.
- Ensure the transmission and verification of work orders and transport documents with the documentation team.
- Collaborate closely with the operations department in an open and collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and the accuracy of administrative documentation.
- This position requires an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a strategic overall vision.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a logistics or transport environment
- Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role
- Mature and mobilizing leadership, capable of guiding, supporting, and growing their team.
- Strong ability to manage a high volume of information and prioritize effectively.
- Strategic mindset, rigorous and solution-oriented.
- Good proficiency in Excel and internal systems (customs software or ERP).
Experience within the customs is an asset
