Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Cactus Club Cafe standards using a variety of cooking methods.
- Contribute to a smooth kitchen operation by maintaining mise en place, timing, and plate presentation.
- Support inventory checks for food items and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
