Job descriptionConnect, share, and partner with customers, identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities. Meet and exceed customers' needs; be an expert with our product and services; reconnect and follow up with customers to solicit feedback and promote additional products and services that create value. Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers; build enthusiasm for wireless and encourage referrals. Achieve personal sales goals. Maintain company merchandising standards, including pricing. Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards. Stay updated through internal communication channels (mobile app, intranet, bulletin boards, etc.). Effectively resolve customer concerns and escalation when appropriate. 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience. Customer focus and service orientation. Strong selling ability. Capacity to coach others. Effective communication with clients through various mediums. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize to handle daily responsibilities. Technology savvy. Curious, approachable, passionate, problem‑solver.
