Job duties: Find, order and sell parts to customers Find and order parts for shop technicians Assist customers via phone, email, in person and cash processes for parts invoicing Clean up the workshop facilities, washrooms and sweeping Cardboard and garbage removal Put parts stock orders away Answer phones as needed Forklift operation Assist Service Technicians as needed Help customers load and unload equipment Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager The ideal candidate will have: Parts counter sales experience is an asset. John Deere experience is an asset. Basic parts and machinery knowledge Basic data entry/keyboarding skills Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. High School diploma or equivalent experience Forklift license preferred Valid Driver’s License
