We’re looking for a self-starting, passionate communications specialist with exceptional writing skills to join us. Role OverviewThis position offers a chance to build your skills as a professional communicator while also leaving room for creativity and experimentation. You will create clear, concise, and engaging content, including blog posts, success stories, news releases, project reports, website content, and presentations. Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt voice and tone to suit both the audience and the client's brand are essential.Communications Strategies : At Idea Camp, we excel in strategic communications plans, driven by comprehensive research and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful strategies that enhance our clients’ projects, goals and business objectives.Client Support & Project Management : You will support multiple client accounts and may be integrated into their respective teams. Your responsibilities include managing tasks and timelines, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects stay on track and are well-organized.Improving Client Communications & Processes : You will help clients strengthen their communications by improving existing processes or developing new ones. This may include conducting communications audits, mapping workflows, or drafting policies and procedures that support clarity and alignment. We’re looking for someone with an analytical, solutions-oriented mindset who can identify opportunities to enhance how our clients communicate and engage their audiences.Social Media Campaigns : This role requires the planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing copy and creative assets, scheduling and posting content, managing paid ad campaigns, monitoring engagement, and preparing performance reports.
