The Opportunity for You
The Technical Sales Representative position with KEYENCE Canada is an opportunity to learn consultative, application-based sales. We provide an established continuous training and mentoring program to develop the knowledge and skills for success.
Our sales professionals work in a highly professional and fast-paced environment, with an average of 2 in-office days per week. You will visit manufacturers and clients onsite within an assigned territory. We offer face-to-face consultations to help solve customers’ critical quality control, reliability, research and development applications. KEYENCE products are highly technical; you will receive training to become an expert, solving applications and conducting proactive sales consultations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications using KEYENCE products in various industries. Advise and promote selection of the most appropriate products / services for their application.
- Travel to customer locations 3 days per week and successfully sell products into a wide variety of manufacturing and related industries.
- Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications, selecting and promoting the proper company products / services for their application.

Position requires the ability to lift and carry 30-90 lbs of demonstration equipment, and to work in customer facilities with or without reasonable onsite accommodations.
