Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with our clients and partners to foster collaboration and business growth;
- Build and sustain robust connections with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and efficient collaboration;
- Oversee the issuance of invoices to clients and suppliers, guaranteeing accuracy and timely processing;
- Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service at all times;
- Manage all aspects of contracts from initiation to expiration, ensuring compliance and renewals are handled smoothly;
- Organize and maintain document archiving to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance with company policies;
- Monitor overdue payments and coordinate necessary collection actions in a professional manner;
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the team, enhancing overall productivity and effectiveness.
