Join to apply for the shift supervisor - Store# 58728, VICTORIA TERRACE role at Starbucks .
As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team, delegate tasks, and ensure the delivery of the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service, quality beverages, and a clean environment. You will model Starbucks' guiding principles and be part of a company recognized as a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Starbucks' culture, values, and mission with integrity and honesty.
- Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events to ensure store standards and set a positive example.
- Evaluate environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
- Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
- Assist in training new partners with positive reinforcement and respectful coaching.
- Provide feedback on partner performance to the store manager.
- Foster a positive team environment and recognize team accomplishments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to customer needs, and build positive relationships.
- Manage store operations during shifts, including opening and closing duties.
- Follow operational policies, including cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
- Ensure proper cash management and adherence to cash register policies.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Ensure quality beverage and food product delivery according to standards.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Recognize and reinforce team achievements and utilize operational tools for excellence.
