Operations / Project Management (33%)
Maintain an overview of all development and align the roadmap and organizational objectives with activity execution, demonstrating a strong ability to grasp and prioritize workload.
Personnel Management (33%)
Act as a "manager-coach," providing guidance to team members through regular follow-ups, and coordinating and supervising a highly talented development team of 10 individuals.
Internal Client Management (33%)
Ensure the development of products aligned with the needs of internal clients and communicate regularly and seamlessly with stakeholders to update them on solution progress.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in software engineering / computer science or specialization in project management / management, or an unconventional profile with relevant experience.
Proficiency in spoken and written French.
Proficiency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required as the incumbent will be in regular contact with our offices in other Canadian provinces or will be in contact with clients outside Quebec.
Good knowledge of project management methods : Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational and priority management skills.
Good writing ability.
Strong relational skills.
