Job descriptionPlanning : Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities for maximum efficiency. Leadership : Guide tradespeople to achieve departmental and site objectives. Systems : Manage the CMMS system to minimize operational interruptions. Optimization : Maximize productivity and work quality of the maintenance team. Collaboration : Work closely with production, engineering, and contractors to ensure seamless operations. Organization : Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Leadership : Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment. Technical : Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of maintenance practices, and experience with CMMS. Experience : Minimum 2 years in maintenance planning / scheduling in manufacturing or a related field.

What We Offer
