Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
•Work on the full process of a high-volume recruitment
•Sourcing candidates
•Complete full interview process
•Help candidates onboard with our clients


Qualifications
What are we looking for?
•Students should be flexible for full-time and/or part-time schedules, with the ability to work remotely, or in a hybrid model.
•Students are eligible to work for the summer term (May to August 2026).
•Students currently enrolled in a Human Resources Program (will be able to provide WSIB).
•Students are flexible to work in different time zones (PST, MST, CST, AST).
•Personable and reliable.
•High level of energy and self-confidence.
•A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
•Interest in all aspects of an HR Generalist
