Job Description

Due to our company growth, we are looking for a  General Help / dishawasher-  candidate to join our dynamic team! This position is a - FULL TIME . You will be offered is a great team environment, work / life balance and the ability to cook healthy and appealing menus for consumers.

Qualifications

About You

You are an experienced candidate who enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.

During your mandate, you will be responsible for setting up breakfast and lunch, preparing the necessary cooking for the services while following the instructions of the chef manager, guaranteeing the smooth running of the services while following the instructions of the chef manager and ensuring the optimal use of the food. You will be responsible for maintaining adequate communication with other team members, always keeping your work area clean and ensuring that everything is done according to the health and food safety standards of the MAPAQ as well as those established by management. You will be required to properly identify and date all food items and participate in any other related tasks that may be requested by the supervisor from time to time.

  • Make sandwiches, prep for the next shift, restock and keep the fridge and freezer organize and clean à
  • Follow the food safety standards and the brand standards
  • Do the daily cleaning of the equipment and designated areas
  • Perform any other tasks that may from time to time be requested by the supervisor
  • Responsible for performing work according to safe work practices by learning the safe way to do a job and seeking instructions when in doubt
  • Excellent customer service
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years related experience in this position, attention to detail, ability to work independently (will work alone in the kitchen for the first few hours of operation in the morning). You have strong organizational skills, adhere to company specifications, excellent customer service skills. You have a good attitude and a good sense of team spirit.
