About the Role
As the Marketing Manager with a specialization in Events & Brand Experience, you will be the architect of GWC's most visible and prestigious moments. Your primary mission is to conceive, plan, and flawlessly execute a portfolio of high‑impact events that deepen client relationships, generate qualified leads, and amplify our brand story. You will be supported by and oversee complementary strategies in content and digital marketing.

- Develop and own the annual brand event strategy, aligning events with product launches, brand campaigns, and business objectives.
- Plan and execute the full lifecycle of diverse events, including Exclusive Client Experiences, Brand‑Building Events and Community & Industry Engagement Events.
- Manage all event logistics : venue sourcing & negotiation, vendor management (catering, AV, production), budgeting, timeline creation, and on‑site execution.
- Develop event‑specific marketing collateral, invitations, and run‑of‑show documents that reflect premium brand standards.
- Serve as the primary event lead on‑site, ensuring flawless guest experience and brand representation.
- Conduct post‑event analysis, measuring ROI against KPIs (attendance, engagement, sales influence, lead generation) and reporting on insights.
- Create compelling pre‑ and post‑event content to build anticipation and extend reach, including email campaigns, social media content, and landing pages.
- Capture event storytelling through photography, video, and testimonials for use across marketing channels.
- Manage digital promotion for events, including targeted paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram) and email marketing to drive registrations and attendance.
- Oversee the GWC website, ensuring event pages are optimized and the site serves as a hub for brand experience storytelling.
- Partner closely with Retail and Sales teams to align events with clienteling goals and ensure a seamless handoff of event‑generated leads.
- Collaborate with product and merchandising teams to integrate new collections into event narratives.
- Analyze the performance of all marketing activities, with a special emphasis on event success metrics, to demonstrate ROI and guide future strategic investments.
- Minimum of 4‑6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on end‑to‑end event planning and execution, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or high‑end consumer goods.
- A proven portfolio of successfully executed, high‑caliber events with a strong understanding of luxury audience sensibilities and service expectations.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a legendary attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with experience liaising with senior executives, VIP clients, and premium vendors.
- Proficiency in using event management tools, digital marketing platforms, and CMS to promote and report on events.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate brand vision into tangible, immersive experiences.
- A valid driver's license and flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
