Job descriptionCollege or University Engineering Students or Graduates Ontario Land Surveyor license is considered an asset but not necessary At least 2 year's experience in working in the field; Experience in knowledge of Total Stations and it software is an asset. Able to work alone and with a group; Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure; Able to work weekdays and weekends as required; Proficient in the use of computers and other electronic devices; Valid Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle is a must.

Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for 3 Field Technicians at Blastek Engineering Group in Ottawa, ON. Field Technicians will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to field operations (blasting, environmental and CCTV inspections) equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Responsibilities :
- Perform pre and post-condition inspections;
- Install field equipment to monitor noise and vibration related to blasting or construction activities;
- Experience with fieldwork in an engineering or related field
- Knowledge of Total Station;
- Preparation of field reports and managing survey data;
- Travel between sites and work in urban or remote areas within Eastern Ontario as required;
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
