Compensation

  • $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and repair heavy civil construction equipment (cranes, forklifts, excavators, trucks)
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Perform road calls and shop repairs with confidence and independence
  • Mentor apprentices and support a safety-first culture
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and stay sharp with ongoing training

What You Bring

  • Red Seal or Journeyman Heavy-Duty Mechanic Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 5–10 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance
  • Strong diagnostics in hydraulics/electrical systems
  • Great communicator, detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure
  • Vocational or technical training completed
