Responsibilities
Machining Prowess: Take the lead in operating and fine-tuning our newly acquired CNC machinery.

Tool Training: Shadow senior machinists to learn the "art" of manual boring and threading for heavy repair.

Production & Repair: Balance high-volume CNC runs with custom manual repairs for oilfield equipment.

Tooling Mastery: Select and maintain tooling for various materials, including carbon and stainless steel.

Safety & Quality Control: Follow strict shop safety protocols and ensure all parts meet 100% accuracy.

Qualifications
CNC Veteran: Broad expertise working with diverse production or specialized job shops.

Ambition: Looking for someone who wants to move beyond basic CNC and master the full scope of machining.

Apprenticeship: Open to Journeypersons or senior-level Apprentices with a strong work ethic.

Reliability: Must have reliable transport and a commitment to the rotating shift schedule.
