Assistant Guest Services Manager

Providing engaging, sincere, personalized service is one of the ways our Guest Services colleagues and leaders are turning moments into memories for our guests at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Showcase your leadership and interpersonal strengths as our Assistant Guest Services Manager, where you will foster an engaged team, maximize operations and ensure exceptional guest service.

Salary Range: $66,000 - $69,000 gross annually, depending on education and experience

Job Duties Include:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Guest Services department and ensure all service standards are followed
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
  • Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
  • Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Support colleague engagement initiatives
  • Train and onboard all new colleagues to the department

Qualifications

  • Class 5 BC Drivers License (required)
  • Class 4 BC Drivers License (an asset)
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role required
  • Previous PMS experience required
