What will you do? We are seeking a seasoned drive and soft starter expert with hands-on experience servicing and providing top-notch support to customers to join our Industrial Automation team.
- Promote our drive / soft starter (d / ss) solutions and service offers.
- Execute service support contract, extended warranty, startup and commissioning, spare parts and maintenance parts, preventive maintenance, onsite repair, and modernization.
- Provide onsite technical support and training to customers and distributors.
- Collaborate with our Service, Industrial Automation and Process Automation teams on the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) support
- Partner with our global support team to resolve customer's d / ss issues
- Follow up on drive / ss return and credit process
- Work closely with the project and tender management team and follow up on the execution of the projects
- Provide startup and commissioning in collaboration with our Field Service Representative team.
- Monitor and report activities and customer satisfaction ratio. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? We know skills and competencies show up indifferent waysand can be based on your life experience.
