Process & Systems Improvement : Support our VP-Operations and Senior Director of Accounting in evaluating existing systems. Cost Management : Implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising growth objectives, balancing efficiency and effectiveness. Risk & Compliance Oversight : Support our Senior Director of Accounting in maintaining financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Buy-Side Opportunities : Opportunistically evaluate acquisitions of legacy live operations game companies, providing financial and strategic analysis to support decision-making. Business Case Development : Build and present cases for strategic investments, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and ROI expectations. We are seeking a finance leader to oversee FP&A and drive FP&A and the broader financial strategy of our organization. In this role, you will shape the company’s approach to resource allocation and provide key insights to leadership on opportunities to drive value and help empower our Vikings to achieve success.
This role requires an experienced finance leader who can balance strategic vision with operational precision, seamlessly interface with cross-functional teams, and contribute to our growth ambitions.
Responsibilities :
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Budgeting & Forecasting Leadership : Drive annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives, in collaboration with our Senior Director of Accounting.
- Tactical Insights : Collaborate with Product and Data teams to integrate tactical opportunities and challenges into forecasts.
- Performance Tracking : Establish systems for tracking progress against forecasts and identifying areas requiring intervention, in collaboration with our Senior Director of Accounting.
