Lead and mentor the finance team to deliver proactive, high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders

Provide strategic financial guidance to improve return on invested capital (ROIC), working capital efficiency, and overall business performance.

Oversee timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS.

Ensure proper revenue recognition under IFRS 15 / ASC 606, including project accounting and controls.

Lead the Quarterly Strategic Review (QSR) forecast process and KPI Monitoring to drive accountability and performance improvement.

Deliver insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and variance explanations to both internal and external stakeholders

Support acquisition due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.

Lead harmonization of financial reporting and controls across newly acquired businesses.

Drive best practices in financial processes, internal controls, and policy standardization to safeguard assets and ensure compliance. About You

CPA designation

Audit experience gained at a Big 4 firm with a focus on public clients and 5 years post qualification experience

Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements)

Technically strong in IFRS reporting standards with particular emphasis on revenue recognition

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build strong, collaborative relationships with his / her team

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent administrative and organizational skills with ability to set priorities, adjust and respond professionally to changing priorities and ad hoc issue

Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of management
