Director of Admissions / Sales Manager

Location : North York, ON

Compensation : $75,000–$85,000 base salary + bonus - Total earnings of $85,000 to $95,000

Our client is a leading institution in post-secondary education, celebrated for its career-oriented programs and unwavering dedication to student achievement. They are currently seeking a seasoned Director of Admissions / Sales Manager to lead their Admissions and Registrar Teams at 2 of their North York campuses.

Position Overview :

The Director of Admissions / Sales Manager will manage the Admissions and Registrar teams (total team of 10) , driving student enrolment, team development, and operational efficiency. Based out of their North York Campus, this in-office position will report directly to the Vice President of Admissions. The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader to optimize processes, achieve enrolment targets, and deliver outstanding student experiences.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base salary of $75,000–$85,000 + performance-based bonus, total on-target earnings of $85,000 to $95,000 or commensurate to experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage the Admissions Teams at two campuses, as well as the Registrar Team.
  • Lead daily operations to achieve budgeted enrolment targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Allocate leads effectively to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
  • Plan and execute Open House events to support student recruitment efforts.
  • Onboard and train Admissions Representatives and Registrar Team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and leadership to ensure high performance, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Leadership Team to enhance student experiences and operational success.
  • Ensure all enrolment documentation and communications meet company and government requirements.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and implement proactive strategies to meet enrolment goals.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales management experience , with at least 2 of those years being in a service based, B2C industry.
  • Education or admissions-related experience, including leadership, is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and lead high-performing teams, various personalities, and long-standing team members.
  • Ability to derive insights from data, to support decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to supersede personal, and team sales targets, to hit financial objectives.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • A passion for education and commitment to excellence .
