Job Description :

Position : Director Operations

Responsibilities :

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the Operations Team, including Customer Service, Operations Managers, Planning, and Dispatch
• Regularly interact with customers to strengthen business relationships and ensure effective implementation of transportation services
• Balance high service levels with cost efficiency, manage driver relations, monitor fleet suitability, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards
• Oversee the use of technology, develop a winning team, and actively participate in strategic sales cycles for both customer acquisition and retention
