THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE OPPORTUNITY IN VICTORIA, BC. (If you are not yet based in Victoria, please ensure you confirm your willingness to relocate for this role.)
On behalf of St. Michaels University School (SMUS) we have a new senior leadership opportunity for a strategic Director of Advancement in Victoria, BC . Reporting to the Head of School, you will develop a strong culture of philanthropy while building and strengthening relationships across a broad range of constituents. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will serve on the Advancement Committee of the School’s Board of Governors and liaise closely with other Boards and volunteer groups.
Do you bring proven experience developing stewardship strategies and setting priorities, goals, and budgets for an Advancement department? Do you thrive on empowering teams, fostering growth, and creating a collaborative and supportive environment?
