At Ranch Ehrlo Society, we are looking for a dedicated Executive Director of Youth Treatment Programs to join our senior leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance group living and clinical services across the province, all while fostering a culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, and service excellence.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead with Purpose : Provide strategic leadership to our group living and clinical services, ensuring they align with our mission and vision.
  • Operational Oversight : Manage the implementation and execution of programs, processes, and policies aimed at improving service efficiency and delivery to youth.
  • Collaborative Leadership : Foster an environment that prioritizes well-being, empowering team members to achieve their best.
  • Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure all operations and programs adhere to relevant legislation and policies, maintaining the highest standards of care and accountability.
  • Build Relationships : Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support and advance our organizational goals.

Who You Are :

  • A dynamic leader with a Master's degree in a related human services field.
  • Equipped with 8+ years of experience in the human services sector and 6+ years in senior leadership.
  • Skilled in working with clients with complex needs, behavioral issues, developmental disabilities, or mental health disorders.
  • An expert in operational, program and clinical management, change management, and strategic planning.
  • A team builder who excels in empowering and guiding others to success.
  • A communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable about applicable legislation, financial stewardship, and resource allocation.
