Position Overview

You share our passion for health and wellness. Helping people learn how to disconnect and build a deeper connection with themselves excites you. You are adaptable, self-directed, and resourceful. You are a team player, and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You have an acute attention to detail and a strong skill set to coordinate multiple marketing projects and deliverables successfully, with an eye for art, design, spa and copy. You have experience executing and measuring marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth and you’re eager to grow with an entrepreneurial organization.

Key R esponsibilities

• Develop and execute robust, personalized email marketing strategy with a deep understanding of the customer journey
• Create a suite of email templates to be used by the organization
• Provide mid-level design capabilities for both internal and external digital and print materials, ensuring high quality execution aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify target customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers
• Create, schedule and monitor social media accounts (Instagram) to drive engagement awareness and sales
• Write engaging copy for marketing materials, including website content, email newsletters, and print collateral
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to produce marketing materials that align with the brand identity and messaging
• Engage and work with promotional partners to set-up campaigns and promotions for their audience
• Support in the development and coordination of our influencer and ambassador projects
• Coordinate in-bound media inquires
• Develop and optimize digital advertising campaigns
• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools, and prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations with the management team
• Manage brand asset library
