This role is a hybrid position based in Winnipeg, MB.   What You'll Be doing : Develop and execute comprehensive digital media campaigns across platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising. Create engaging multimedia content tailored for specific platforms. Schedule and execute posts across social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. Close coordination with internal teams in maintaining the company website. Implementing A / B testing and optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI. Creating and updating digital marketing reports. Promoting awareness and positive public image of the company through digital marketing. Who We're Looking For : Degree or diploma in communications or marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, e-marketing, or e-commerce. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in Digital Marketing position for an ERP or QMS software company geared towards manufacturing customers. Experience with social, SEO and SEM strategies with strong ability to analyze data in Google Analytics and make actionable decisions and recommendations. Displays skills in video editing, graphic design, and production. Proven experience in sales or customer service. Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. History of driving results in a competitive environment and thriving on success. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required. Strong knowledge of marketing automations tools is required.
