COMPANY DESCRIPTION :

Our client is seeking a hands-on, technically skilled and practical-minded professional to join a manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement, product quality, and operational efficiency. The organization values initiative, problem-solving, and collaboration between engineering, production, and maintenance teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The selected candidate will work closely with senior management to support the development of new products and processes, as well as the optimization of existing production operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment involving direct interaction with equipment, production teams, and quality systems.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide daily technical support to operations
  • Collaborate with and support the maintenance team
  • Assist in implementing process and equipment improvements
  • Support new product development and testing activities
  • Evaluate feasibility of new product and process ideas
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Review QC reports and ensure product consistency
  • Support ISO 9001 quality systems and documentation
  • Contribute to environmental and regulatory compliance
  • Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment


Profil

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Degree or diploma (University or CEGEP) in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 0–3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (internship/co-op experience considered)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong communication skills with operators and technicians
  • Fluency in English and French
