ABOUT THE TEAM :
Join our dynamic Desktop Support team, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact. As a key player in our team, you'll handle level 2 escalations and tackle a variety of tasks to ensure our end-users' computer systems and software are always running smoothly. You'll be part of an exciting group that is essential to maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our organization. Together, we'll ensure that all technical aspects are seamless, empowering our colleagues to perform at their best.
This is an exciting onsite position that requires you to be in the office 5 days a week, allowing you to collaborate and immerse yourself in our vibrant work environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Provide support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with laptops, Macs, printers, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, Macs, software, and peripherals
- Manage users in Active Directory, including creating and managing user accounts and groups
- Set up and deploy laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads to new hires and existing employees
- Administer and troubleshoot issues related to M365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Respond to user inquiries concerning system operations and troubleshoot system hardware and software errors
- Help with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and wired connections
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Zoom and Teams, including audio / video problems, connectivity issues, and software updates
- Keep records of issues, solutions, and other relevant information to help with future troubleshooting and support
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. to install or move servers and video conference equipment
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues regarding IT infrastructure in the office
