You’ll be part of a highly skilled team that delivers reliable, professional, and customer-focused IT services across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming tickets and client communications through our service desk and onsite.
  • Required onsite at client location 4 days a week.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for a wide range of IT systems.
  • Perform onsite service calls for installations, maintenance, and emergency support.
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and management of Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Install and maintain hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  • Conduct technical alignment reviews and report findings to management.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to systems or processes.
  • Keep all documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the Professional Services and vCIO teams for escalations and project work.
  • Mentor users and promote best practices for using IT systems effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in IT support, system administration, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
  • Experience with networking technologies (firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, Wi‑Fi).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service delivery frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Why Join Us
