Your Role:
Welcome andassistpatients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression
Optimizethe daily appointment schedule to ensure fullutilizationwith minimal gaps
Effectively manage the recall system andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date patient records
Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts
Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments,submitinsurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner
About You:
Experience with Dentrix software isrequired
Clinical backgroundis considered anasset
