Who we need We are seeking a Marketing Delivery Manager to join our marketing team. This is a data-centric role that creates impactful customer experiences. You will design, implement, and optimize customer engagement strategies by creating channel journeys. You will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts to new heights, leveraging Data Cloud Platform (DC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build personalized, multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results. As our new Marketing Delivery Manager, you will : Design and develop channel journeys. You will create and implement end-to-end customer journey workflows in SFMC, incorporating multiple communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and more. You will use DCP or SFMC's segmentation capabilities to identify target audiences based on various criteria, such as demographics, behaviour, preferences, and engagement history. You will develop strategies for different customer segments and tailor journeys to meet specific marketing objectives, and personalize messaging to maximize engagement. Plan and execute campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing channel strategists, designers, and data analysts, to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging. You will translate campaign requirements into actionable plans within the DCP and SFMC platforms, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. Implement automated and triggered campaigns. You will use SFMC automation tools, like Journey Builder and Automation Studio, to streamline campaign execution and enhance member experiences. You will set up delivery of timely and personalized communications based on customer actions, behaviours, or predefined triggers.  Optimize. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. You will leverage data insights to identify areas for optimization and enhancement within channel journeys. You will conduct A / B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness. You bring : The expertise. You have proven experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager with a focus on building channel journeys. You have an in-depth understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, multi-channel marketing strategies, and utilizing data-driven insights and segmentation to develop personalized marketing campaigns. The technical skills. You are highly proficient with Data Cloud Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and Contact Builder. You have experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email and landing page customization. You have worked with SQL Query coding and you may have experience developing APIs. The project management skills. You can balance priorities, change direction based on shifting needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have expertise in creating plans from end-to-end, managing tasks, timelines, reporting and communications. You have a results-oriented mindset and can set performance goals and metrics to validate member engagement and marketing campaign effectiveness.  Relationship-building finesse.
