En tant qu'architecte et coordonnateur(trice) de formation, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le développementt la mise en œuvre des programmes de formation, tout en gérant la coordination, la logistique et les relations avec les fournisseurs et les client. Vous veillerez à ce que les initiatives de formation soient rentables, alignées sur les objectifs d'affaires et parfaitement exécutées. Ce poste requiert à la fois un esprit stratégique, un sens de l'organisation et la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.

Une journée typique :

  • Analyse des besoins de formation: En collaboration avec les gestionnaires de service, évaluer les besoins de formation, identifier les lacunes en compétences et définir les objectifs d'apprentissage pour tous les niveaux hiérarchiques.
  • Conception et développement de formations: En collaboration avec les équipes internes, concevoir des programmes de formation efficaces et adaptés aux besoins de l'organisation, en veillant à ce que le contenu soit attrayant et réponde aux objectifs pédagogiques.
  • Gestion budgétaire: Élaborer, suivre et gérer les budgets de formation, en optimisant l'allocation des ressources et en maîtrisant les coûts. Informer régulièrement la direction de l'état du budget.
  • Logistique et coordination des formations: Superviser la logistique des formations en présentiel, en virtuel et hybrides : planification, choix des lieux, installation du matériel, inscription des participants et communication.
  • Collaboration avec les intervenants: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de département et les experts métiers pour évaluer les besoins de formation, identifier les lacunes en compétences et définir les objectifs de formation pour les différentes équipes et les individus.
  • Évaluation et amélioration: Suivre et évaluer l’efficacité des programmes de formation grâce aux rétroactions, aux évaluations et aux indicateurs de rendement ; adapter le contenu et les méthodes de diffusion en fonction des données et des retours d’information.
  • Évaluation et rapport: Suivre l’efficacité des programmes de formation grâce aux rétroactions des participants, aux évaluations et aux indicateurs de rendement post-formation. Fournir régulièrement des rapports à la direction sur la réussite des programmes et les axes d’amélioration.
  • Amélioration continue: Identifier les occasions d’amélioration des processus au sein des programmes de formation et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour optimiser l’expérience d’apprentissage globale.

Profil recherché :

  • Baccalauréat en sciences de l'éducation, ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience confirmée (3 ans et plus) en conception, coordination et animation de programmes de formation.
  • Solide compréhension des principes d’apprentissage des adultes, de la conception pédagogique et des technologies de formation.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités et de respecter les délais. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de mobiliser et de collaborer avec les intervenants à tous les niveaux.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bilingue français-anglais.

As the Training Architect and Coordinator, you will play a critical role in designing and overseeing the implementation of training programs while managing all aspects of coordination, logistics, and vendor relationships. You will ensure that training initiatives are cost-effective, aligned with business goals, and seamlessly executed. A Typical Day In This Role:

  • Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs, identify skills gaps, and define learning objectives for employees at all levels.
  • Training Design & Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design effective training programs and curriculum tailored to organizational needs, ensuring content is engaging and meets the learning objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop, track, and manage training budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Provide regular updates on budget status to leadership.
  • Training Logistics & Coordination: Oversee all logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, equipment setup, participant registration, and communication.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and define training objectives for various teams and individuals.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; adjust content and delivery methods based on data and feedback.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and post-training performance metrics. Provide regular reports to leadership on program success and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the training programs and implement best practices to enhance the overall learning experience.

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Full Professional Proficiency in French and English

Assets:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (SGA/LMS) and other training tools is a plus.
