Adecco is currently hiring a part-time detail-oriented
Quality Technician - Inventory Analyst to join a dynamic operations team in Coldstream, BC. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced production environment where
quality, food safety, and inventory accuracy are critical.
In this position, you will play an integral role in supporting quality control processes, maintaining product traceability, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards across receiving and production operations.
- Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Location: Coldstream, BC
- Shift: Monday to Friday |1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Job type: Temporary | Part-time | 3-5 Month Contract

Responsibilities: - Perform inspection and grading of raw produce (e.g., baby leaf lettuce and vegetables) to ensure quality standards are met
- Verify incoming materials and identify non-conforming products, escalating issues as required
- Maintain accurate inventory records, traceability documentation, and data entry within internal systems
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Execute sampling and environmental swab programs, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Support inventory reconciliation, audits, and discrepancy investigations
- Maintain organized and audit-ready quality documentation and reports
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve processes and enhance data accuracy
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills: - Previous experience in quality control, inventory analysis, food production, or a related environment is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset)
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- On-site role within a production and warehouse environment
- Combination of desk work and hands-on activities
- Requires standing, walking, and working in cooler environments
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
