Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a part-time detail-oriented Data Entry - Inventory Analyst to join a fast-paced operations team in Coldstream, BC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting inventory operations within a warehouse or production environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining reliable data that supports efficient operations and inventory control.
  • Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Location: Coldstream, BC
  • Shift: Monday to Friday |8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Job type: Temporary | Part-time | 3-5 Month Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input inventory, receiving, shipping, and operational data into company systems
  • Review and validate documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and inventory variances
  • Generate reports and maintain organized electronic records
  • Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain data integrity
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy and process efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all operational data
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, inventory control, or logistics preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
