Salaire : De 23 à 27 $ par heure, selon expérience

Nous sommes une entreprise de services qui effectue des travaux de tenue de livre et d’administration pour divers clients œuvrant dans des secteurs d’activités diversifiés.
Notre organisation, reconnue pour son sérieux et la qualité de sa gestion, est à la recherche d’un(e) Technicien(ne) comptable pour un emploi permanent afin de soutenir les opérations financières de l'entreprise.

Description du poste
Sous la supervision de la direction, le ou la technicien(ne) comptable sera responsable de l'ensemble du cycle comptable et contribuera à la production d'informations financières fiables et à jour.
Responsabilités
-Tenue de livres : enregistrement des transactions quotidiennes et comptabilisation des écritures au journal ;
- Comptes payables / recevables : Gestion de la facturation, des encaissements et des paiements ;
- Conciliation : conciliations bancaires et conciliation des comptes ;
- Rapports financiers : préparation des rapports de fin de mois et de fin d'année (TPS/TVQ, états financiers) ;
- Produire divers rapports financiers, statistiques et administratifs.
- Classer, numériser et archiver les documents comptables conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise.
Exigences et conditions
Académique
- Formation en comptabilité complétée : DEC en techniques de comptabilité et de gestion ou formation équivalente.
- Très bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel et de Outlook
- Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience pertinente.
- Bonne connaissance du cycle comptable complet.
- Maîtrise d'au moins un logiciel comptable (Acomba, Sage 50, QuickBooks, …).
- Autonomie et débrouillardise :
- Sens de l’initiative.
