What you’ll do
- Monitor and coordinate Entry‑into‑Service support activities for business aircraft customers.
- Communicate Entry‑into‑Service delivery updates to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Response Team, Sales & Contracts, Customer Support and Account Management to understand and address customer needs.
- Interface with cross‑functional departments to establish budgets and strategic plans for Entry‑into‑Service projects.
- Manage project activities in terms of deliverables, cost, and billing reconciliation.
- Initiate and maintain performance governance against departmental objectives and results.
- Monitor budgetary aspects of all Entry‑into‑Service activities and report accordingly.
