Airswift is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to work with an Oil and Gas client on a 6-month contract based in Stettler, AB.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate entry of crude oil tickets into company's volumetric accounting system, OVAL. Your contributions will directly support the accuracy and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately input crude oil ticket data into the OVAL volumetric accounting system in a timely manner.
- Organize and file completed tickets into bankers' boxes for secure storage.
- Perform additional checks on data entries and tickets to ensure accuracy and integrity across the system.
- Follow established procedures and workflows for data entry and verification.
- Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve any data-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
