Through our databases, real estate professionals gain the critical information they need to generate reports and make well-informed decisions. Right now, we are looking for a Data Entry Coordinator to join us and play a direct role in helping our clients within the Edmonton market. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in Real Estate. You will maintain our databases through careful data entry, increasing your familiarity with relevant real estate data sources, market trends, and the local market.

Exposure. Our Data Solutions group collects and publishes national real estate data that is consistent, accurate, timely, credible, transparent and independent. It provides and supports a range of services, from in-depth market surveys to independent market commentary and benchmarking. The data you collect and verify will be used across many of our business groups working closely with our clients.

Our new Data Entry Coordinator will :

Conduct research and collect data. On an ongoing basis, you will use a variety of methods from email, industry websites, news media, phone calls and industry networking to collect real estate information.

Enter the details and maintain the database. You will enter large amounts of data in an accurate and timely manner, to ensure that our real estate data is well maintained and up to date.

Learn the trends. You will build your real estate market knowledge and learn about key market indicators and trends.

Ensure accuracy. Review the database to ensure all of the details are accurate and that all fields are completed. You will pursue information to complete files.

Build relationships. Collaborate with team members to confirm information required and assist others as needed to meet deadlines.

Our new Data Entry Coordinator will have :

Education and experience . You have a degree or diploma and an interest in Real Estate. You may have a year of work experience or completed a co-op term or internship in data entry and analysis, or in real estate, where you've conducted research, collected data and disseminated information pertaining to commercial properties.

Technical skills. You have finely tuned skills in data collection, data interpretation, and compiling information; you know where data resides in the system and how data entries and changes may impact data in other parts of the system. You are proficient with Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Interpersonal skills . You have flexible and effective communication skills, and you can leverage insights, clarify ambiguities, and present complex information in a structured and accessible way. You are a team player who can build trusting relationships within and across teams.

Flexibility . You are willing and able to work outside of business hours on occasion.
