Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Heavy-Duty Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting and overseeing repairs on a variety of equipment in a safe, effective, accurate and timely manner.

What you'll do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of heavy, compact, and material handling equipment Use OEM diagnostic software, tools, and technical manuals Perform scheduled maintenance, safety inspections, and road tests Order parts, complete service reports, timecards, and warranty documentation Collaborate with OEM technical support and internal service teams Recommend repair solutions and improvements Build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service Follow workplace health and safety standards Work independently in a fast-paced environment, both in-shop and in the field (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri) What you'll bring: Journeyman or Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician certification Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, including diesel engines, electrical systems, electronic controls, hydraulics, hydrostatic drives, transmissions, and driveline systems Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Self-motivated, able to work independently, and team-oriented Excellent customer service skills Welding experience considered an asset Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record Position Disclaimer: This posting provides a brief overview of the position.
