Sales Brand Ambassador: Seasonal Summer Position

As a Territory Brand Sales Ambassador, you'll be at the forefront, engaging customers with our ground-breaking new product and delivering a premium experience. If you are creative and determined to convert each interaction into sales, then we are looking for you.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and sales-focused professional to join our team as a Territory Brand Sales Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for driving retail sales performance within an assigned territory by visiting two retail locations daily, building strong customer relationships, delivering confident and engaging product presentations, and driving sales. Must be comfortable to commute across Banff throughout the shift.

Details:

  • Territory: Banff, AB
  • Access to a Car: Mandatory
  • Start Date: June 1st, 2026
  • Contract: 3-4 months
  • Hours: 28–40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 4–5 shifts per week (7 hours per shift — 6 hours of work + 1 paid hour for travel)
  • Compensation: Starting rate $25 per hour plus incentives
  • Training (Paid): 2-week training period. Successful completion of the training assessment is required to continue in the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Sales & Relationship Building: Visit 2 retail locations daily within a designated area, spending 3 hours per location, fostering relationships with store staff, and actively engaging with customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Confidently approach and educate potential customers about the benefits of smoke-free devices, creating engaging and comfortable conversations that build interest in the product.
  • Expert Technical Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and communicate key features and benefits clearly.
  • Sales & Customer Registration: Strong ability to meet sales targets, register customers, and handle objections effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using phones/ tablets for reporting and data entry
  • Retailer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with retail staff while educating customers on the benefits of smoke-free devices.
  • Solution-oriented Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve challenges, identifying effective solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential to ensure timely visits to different retail locations.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed. Shifts may vary based on store operations and work locations may rotate each cycle.
  • This role requires standing for extended periods and actively engaging with customers throughout the day. You must also be able to transport personal materials and assets, including a briefcase and a 30 lb mobile table.
  • A background check is required for this role. Candidates must be willing to complete it if selected.
