As a Customer Service Assistant , you will take on a multifaceted role where you will connect with customers, support our team of representatives, and contribute to the success of the organization. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a customer-focused mindset. Customer Service Assistant responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Coordinating daily operations by managing event schedules, organizing team meetings, and assisting senior management with key tasks. Maintaining a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide tailored recommendations and consistently deliver top-tier support. Responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and clearly communicating product features, benefits, and pricing. Overseeing sales activities from initiation to close, ensuring that every interaction contributes to the organization’s growth and revenue goals. Tracking team members' performance, delivering constructive feedback, and conducting regular reviews to foster professional development. Escalating high-priority issues to the appropriate channels for quick and effective resolution. Keeping senior management informed of team progress, challenges, and areas for improvement through regular updates. The ideal candidate for this role will have : 2–5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in supervisory or managerial roles. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
