Role Overview
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our offshore customer service team, ensuring high-quality interactions, and implementing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead quality assurance efforts, conduct daily performance checks, and manage a team of agents to maintain exceptional service standards.
This role requires strong leadership, experience in quality control, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities. Additionally, a hands-on approach is essential—you’ll need to lean in and assist with tickets and calls when needed. At Hume Health, we operate with an all-hands-on-deck mindset, and true leadership means understanding and experiencing customer challenges firsthand.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer service team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure team morale and motivation remain high in a remote setting.
- Maintain staffing efficiency by managing schedules and workload distribution.
