About the role
Join ANDY Transport as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll nurture strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the seamless delivery of logistics solutions. As the main contact for specific accounts, collaborate with internal teams, optimize transportation plans, and contribute to achieving division targets. Your role involves daily customer communication, prompt issue resolution, and proactive customer satisfaction efforts. Be a key player in our dynamic and collaborative environment, making a meaningful impact in logistics service excellence.
What you’ll do here :
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Oversee customer account management, negotiating rates, contracts, and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Identify and seize opportunities for client acquisition and contract expansion.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Plan and execute daily drayage transportation plans, including negotiation and booking of loads.
- Collaborate with teams to reach division targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain contact throughout order duration, and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Communicate with planners daily to optimize trips.
- Monitor and collaborate with dispatchers for on-time pickup and delivery, while accurately inputting information into our TMW system.
- Other duties may be assigned.
